Welcome to the Green Workforce Acceleration Program (GWAP)
The Green Workforce Acceleration Program (GWAP) is the flagship social enterprise initiative of Eden Lawn & Garden Centre, designed to bridge the gap between youth unemployment and the growing demand for climate-smart green infrastructure across Kenya.
GWAP is more than a training initiative.
It is a market-driven workforce development ecosystem that develops, equips, finances and deploys young professionals into commercially viable green infrastructure projects while supporting enterprise creation and long-term economic empowerment.

The Green Workforce Acceleration Program is led by Wesly Museve, Program Director and Business Development & Lead Consultant at Eden Lawn & Garden Centre.
Wesly brings extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, green infrastructure, climate-smart agriculture, landscaping systems and enterprise development.
Over the years, he has worked across the intersection of private sector innovation, environmental sustainability and youth economic empowerment, supporting initiatives that promote climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods and ecosystem restoration.
His experience in project development, partnership mobilization and green infrastructure implementation provides the strategic leadership necessary to position GWAP as a scalable and commercially sustainable model for green workforce development in Kenya.
His vision is to create a generation of skilled professionals who will not only find employment but become entrepreneurs and employers within Africa’s emerging green economy.
